This last week we had a new system placed in our existing home. We are writing to let you know that your sales and installation people made the experience an extremely pleasant one. Mike in sales worked very hard to give us what we needed, even when we changed plans and were unable to pinpoint an exact start date. Tim and Scott were efficient, friendly, and very professional. Never did they complain about the difficulty in getting into and around our home due to our other construction issues going on. By the way, my house has never been this cool in the summer. Please let your employees know we truly appreciated their efforts for and with us.
